4. Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one Account on wd777. Registration of duplicate or multiple Accounts is a material breach of these Terms.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not have previously been self-excluded from the wd777 Platform or from gambling services generally through a recognised exclusion arrangement.
6. Not an Employee: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or close family member of an employee of wd777 or any of its affiliated entities.

To access the full range of wd777 services, you must register a personal Account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, valid email address, and a mobile number registered in Indonesia. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information at all times.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. wd777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must notify wd777 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. wd777 will not be liable for any losses resulting from failure to maintain adequate account security on your part.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

wd777 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before processing any withdrawal, we may require you to submit one or more of the following:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Indonesian National ID / KTP, Passport, or Driver's Licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (e.g., a bank statement or utility bill issued to your registered address)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a bank account statement from BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri)
• A selfie photograph held alongside your identification document, where required by our compliance team

4.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting wd777 customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

All financial transactions on wd777 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). wd777 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. The following transaction limits and processing times apply:

5.1 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. wd777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits from anonymous payment sources or via cryptocurrency are not accepted at this time. wd777 reserves the right to return a deposit and request alternative payment documentation if there is any reasonable doubt regarding the source of funds, in line with our anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless you have completed full KYC verification and submitted a formal payment method change request to customer support. Withdrawal requests submitted after 21:00 WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) may be processed the following business day. wd777 does not process withdrawals to accounts held by third parties under any circumstances.

wd777 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered Players, including a Welcome Bonus for new accounts, weekly Reload Bonuses, and sports betting Cashback. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the corresponding promotion, as well as the general provisions set out in this clause.

1. One bonus per promotion per Player: Unless otherwise stated, each promotional offer is available to a single Account per individual. Attempting to claim the same promotion via multiple Accounts constitutes a prohibited activity under Clause 8.
2. Wagering requirements apply: Bonus Funds credited to your Account are not immediately withdrawable. They must be wagered at the applicable multiplier as stated in the individual promotion before any portion can be converted to withdrawable balance.
3. Bonus validity: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings generated from unmet wagering requirements that remain at the expiry date will be forfeited without notice.
4. Eligible bet types: Not all wager types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Bets placed on events with odds below 1.30, or on certain excluded game categories, may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are stated in the individual promotion terms.
5. wd777's discretion: wd777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. In cases of suspected abuse, wd777 may void Bonus Funds, withhold associated winnings, and suspend the relevant Account pending investigation.
6. Welcome Bonus eligibility: The Welcome Bonus is available exclusively to Players making their first deposit on a newly registered wd777 Account. It cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other new-player promotion running concurrently.

By placing a wager on wd777, you agree to the betting rules applicable to the relevant product. The following general rules govern all betting activity on the Platform:

7.1 General Betting Conditions

• All bets are final once accepted by the Platform. A bet is deemed accepted when the Platform issues a bet reference number and the relevant amount is deducted from your Account Balance.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting on wd777 covers a wide range of markets including BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Serie A, the Bundesliga, the UEFA Champions League, and international competitions including the FIFA World Cup and the AFF Cup (Piala AFF). Key rules include:

• Asian Handicap, Over/Under, 1X2, BTTS, First Goalscorer, and accumulator (mix parlay) bets are governed by standard international sports betting rules as adopted by wd777.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability and may be suspended at any point during a live event at wd777's discretion.
• Cash-out requests are processed at the value displayed at the time of the request. wd777 does not guarantee cash-out availability on every bet at every point in time.
• Match abandonment: if a match is abandoned or postponed and not completed within 24 hours, all standard match bets are voided and stakes returned. Tournament outright bets remain active unless the competition is cancelled entirely.

5. 6. Underage participation: Registering an Account or placing bets while under the age of 21, or facilitating access to the Platform by any individual under the age of 21.
7. False information: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point during use of the Platform.
8. Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or e-wallet provider in relation to legitimate Platform transactions. Any Player found to have initiated a fraudulent chargeback will have their Account permanently closed and will be liable for the full chargeback amount plus any associated fees incurred by wd777.

• Cool-off period: Players may apply a temporary exclusion ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During this period the Account remains open but all betting activity is suspended.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion (minimum 6 months, up to 5 years). Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. Re-registration during a self-exclusion period is not permitted and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including any non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wd777 is licensed and incorporated. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitration body in the licensing jurisdiction.
